Application of implicit function theorem to examine relations among model quantities
In examining the effects of various quantities on performance, one can ask about their relative importance; for instance, what is the importance of weight versus the importance of air resistance, and how it changes depending on speed and inclination. Herein, to address such questions, we invoke the implicit function theorem.
